As the player proceeds through various rooms, caverns and tunnels a mutilated teddy bear will be encountered. With the addition of background atmospheric horror noises, demonic giggling and deep grunts and moaning an enduring feeling of threat or dread is created. As the game progresses the mutilated teddy bear will occasionally reappear but it is covered in flames and emits moaning noises.
