Rating issues

There are two sequences featuring suicide. One shows a man kicking and struggling as he hangs from a noose, while the other shows a man burning to death after setting himself alight. There are also other scenes of violence, including a character flogging himself as part of penance and a priest caning a student’s hand. The pixelated nature of the game means there is no sight of graphic injuries, although there is use of blood effects, including when decaying corpses are seen.

Other issues

In one scene the player’s character agrees to give a dying person an overdose of morphine to end his suffering.
