Time management horror puzzle game in which players take on the roles of a sadistic doctor and a nun who conduct horrific experiments on the inmates in a death row prison.

Rating issues

This game features sequences of violence against restrained characters, with some sight of blood and gore, although the violence is shown from a distance.

The game also features strong language (‘fuck’), as well as use of milder terms.

Other issues

The game includes a sequence in which it is implied that a couple are about to engage in sexual activity. However, the scene fades to black before anything sexual is shown, with subsequent sounds indicating what is taking place. There are also references to drugs and sight of a person holding a cigar.
