Rating issues

Sustained scenes of death include turning off the life-support of multiple characters and watching them die, while some of them plead for help and others beg for death.

Horrific scenes are frequent and include corpses with various wounds including dismemberment, and the removal of a character’s hand, happening out of view, but leaving the player with the image of the stump with blood and tissue exposed. The game also contains monstrous creatures that frequently chase and attempt to kill the player, who is often only able to flee or hide, but not fight back.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘bastard’, ‘bitch’ and ‘asshole’.

Other issues

Some monster creatures have alien heads and naked human bodies, with exposed male and female genitalia, although there is no sexual content to be seen or heard.

There are references to suicide, but no depictions are shown.
