Rating issues

This game features graphic violence, against human and fantasy characters, including sight of decapitation and disembowelment. Limbs and heads can be removed, using a sword, and characters can be impaled on spiky walls. During kills, it is possible to pull out characters’ spines and then squash their heads.

The game also features use of strong language (‘f**k’).

Other issues

There is also use of sexual innuendo.
