Survival horror game in which players take on the role of Chris Redfield on his excursion to the fictional country of Kijuju in West Africa. Accompanied by an escort named Sheva, he is sent there to get to the bottom of an outbreak of a virus that has begun infecting the African country.

Rating issues

This game contains depictions of graphic violence towards human characters. During combat players can use firearms and explosives to decapitate and dismember zombie characters. Shots to the head can trigger critical hits which decapitate human-like enemies. Players can also run up to downed zombies and curb stomp them, decapitating them also.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’.

Other issues

Throughout various locations in the game the player will see mutilated corpses of animals and human-like characters as a result of violence not done by the player. Strong blood effects are shown, although graphical detail is limited.
