This game contains depictions of realistic looking violence to fantasy characters. In the game the player will encounter and fight multiple types of fantasy creatures. In later levels, some of the boss-type enemies appear as fleshy masses with teeth and multiple eyes all over their body. When shot, these characters produce blood effects that spray out on impact.

Other issues

Some of the characters in the game have appearances that may be scary to younger players.
