This game contains depictions of strong, realistic-looking violence towards human characters. Found footage shows a person being punched and stabbed repeatedly, leaving them unconscious and bleeding heavily.

Intense horror sequences include the player being chased by a knife wielding, homicidal dummy, which they must flee from or fend off before being killed. There are also frequent scenes of dead bodies, some of whom have been dismembered, with copious amounts of blood but no gore depicted.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘bastard’, ‘bitch’ and ‘shit’.
