Survival horror game in which players control multiple characters with interlinking stories. The main character is Roman, an officer who awakes in a Japanese subway station with no memory or recollection of how he got there. After exploring and finding that there are supernatural happenings, he sets out to get to the bottom of the mystery.

This game contains depictions of strong realistic violence to human-like characters. In the game, players can find weapons such as sledgehammers, pistols and shotguns, which can be used to hurt the enemies encountered through various areas. Upon strikes or successful shots, blood effects are seen spraying out on impact, whilst enemies stagger in reaction to the violence.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’.

There is some sight of strong gory images in the game. During the first act of the game, players will encounter a human-like enemy with their lower body severed.
