This game contains depictions of non-realistic violence towards human characters. There are scenes such as a woman stabbing herself or a man being killed. Either bright flashes appear or the screen cuts away. Images are small and pixelated, and there does not appear to be any blood as a result of these attacks. The vast majority of the violence in the game is mild violence towards non-detailed human characters. Bright lights and magical effects appear with the impact of attacks, accompanied by numbers indicating the amount of damage inflicted.

Numerous scenes contain sexually suggestive references, including discussions of prostitution.

This game also contains the use of bad language, including ‘bastard’, ‘bitch’ and ‘whore’.

There are some disturbing images in this game. In a few scenes, corpses will be seen lying on the ground with visible blood on their bodies. One section of the game features the player walking through an environment composed of blood and fleshy, pulsating material.
