Rating issues

This game contains depictions of arcade-style action showing violence, containing blood. The player slashes at enemies, and splashes of blood are seen, before enemies fall to the ground. The blood splatters from these attacks stain the walls or floors in the environments. Some of these attacks do result in enemies being dismembered, but images are small, pixelated and non-detailed. A cutscene does depict more detailed dismemberment towards fantasy characters, with their limbs being cut off. During this, they cut one creature right down the middle. Blood is seen spraying from these, and the aftermath of the corpses is seen on the ground.

Other issues

This game contains the use of bad language, including ‘piss’.

There is a female monster in the game that appears with visible breasts, but no nipples are seen.

Disturbing images are seen throughout, such as a monster whose belly opens, and a large pool of blood pours out. At one point, a woman tells the protagonist that they need to stab her. The screen cuts to black, but the player sees the aftermath. Still images are shown with blood dripping from the wound. The enemies in the game have appearances that may be scary to younger players.
