The majority of the gameplay consists of depictions of non-realistic looking violence towards human-like and fantasy characters. When fighting, bright lights and magical effects appear on impact of attacks, numbers appear showing the amount of damage inflicted, while health bars appear above their heads indicating their status. When a health bar has been depleted, the character falls to the floor and their body quickly vanishes. This game also contains infrequent depictions of realistic looking violence towards fantasy characters. The most pertinent scene involves a large rat monster being shot in the eye. Blood appears on impact of the attack and he then staggers backwards. Later in the game the same character is shown with a scar where the injury occurred.
