Virtual-reality game set in a futuristic and post-apocalyptic Moscow after a large nuclear war. The world is highly radioactive, turning animals into deadly and violent creatures and forcing what’s left of humanity to dwell in metro tunnels.

This game contains strong, realistic violence to human characters. In some parts of game the player will encounter armed human enemies. The player can use their own firearms to shoot and kill these enemies, with blood effects appearing on successful shots. Bullet wounds are shown as injury detail.

The game also features strong gory imagery. Throughout the game, including the main menu, players will find and see mutilated human corpses, drenched in blood and hung from ropes.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’.

Prominent use of alcohol is found in the game. Players can drink from beer bottles in some sections of the game.
