Rating issues
This game contains depictions of dismemberment towards human characters. The protagonist frequently uses a chainsaw to slice through zombies, dismembering and decapitating them. Large splashes of blood are seen. Violence throughout the game is realistic, with characters yelling in pain when injured and blood detail accompanying this.
This game contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘bastard’, ‘shit’, ‘bitch’ and ‘jizz’.
Other issues
Frequent sexual references are made throughout the game. As the protagonist is a cheerleader, she often performs moves that lift her skirt, revealing her underwear. The camera tends to zoom in on this. The costumes that the player can change the protagonist into are also revealing, including bikinis and a pink suit with a zipper that opens all the way down to her groin.
This game also contains strong gory images. There is a moment in the game in which the protagonist kicks the decapitated head of a zombie into a baby stroller. Another scene shows flying zombies who are shown to have gained flight by the blood pouring out of their leg wounds.
There is an enemy character in the game who, after enduring years of bullying at school, goes into a monologue explaining what happened to him before taking his own life. Blood is seen spraying from the shot, and he falls to the ground. His body then rises up into the air.
At one point in the game, the player must drive through a series of giant mushrooms, which send the protagonist into a psychedelic trance. Although the player character never actually physically consumes them, the effect of them can be seen via a rainbow haze around the edges of the screen.
