KOI is an adventure game in which the player takes control over a lone koi fish on a journey to return home. Gameplay revolves around exploration, solving puzzles and completing mini-games while avoiding the black fish and other hazards.

Rating issues

The only violence in the game is when the black fish attacks you or when you touch the hazards, such as loose electrical wires. When this happens, you temporarily lose color but you will never die.

Other issues

There are some darker themed levels, where the water is polluted and all black but it never gets frightening.
