Rating issues

This game contains graphic violence, including torture towards human characters. Players encounter a dismembered woman who is being kept alive with machinery. Her organs and entrails are visible and players must kill her in order to proceed. There are also depictions of realistic looking violence towards fantasy characters, such as spiders, animatronics, puppets and cartoon animals. When shot, these enemies groan, screech and stagger, and there are heavy blood effects.

The game also contains use of strong language (‘fuck’) as well as milder terms including ‘shit’ and ‘bastard’.

Other issues

The game also features intense horror and strong gore throughout. The player often comes across mutilated corpses with visible entrails and blood, and many of the game’s settings carry a feeling of dread and fear, with creatures jumping out at the player’s character.

There is background sight of poker being played.
