This game includes use of bad language, including ‘bitch’, ‘pussy’, ‘shit’ and ‘asshole’, as well as disguised terms including ‘WTF’.

The game also contains sexual innuendo and posturing. Characters are sometimes seen wearing little clothing and pose provocatively, and there are sexual jokes and double-entendre in dialogue.

There is a scene in which the player discovers a decomposing severed head. The scene is cartoonish in style.
