The game Llamatron: 2112 features implied strong language (‘fuck’). While the uses are partially bleeped, the surrounding context makes it very clear what the words are.

Other issues

The games themselves feature very mild and unrealistic violence in an early arcade style, which is often pixelated or abstract in design.
