The majority of gameplay is singlehandedly fighting hundreds of ancient Chinese soldiers. Their reaction to being hit is not realistic with no blood or gore. There are also bright flashes of light on impact.
Cut-scenes are more realistic than the gameplay with some showing characters being shot with arrows and dying realistically.
