The game features depictions of realistic looking violence towards both human and animal-like characters. Human characters are shown being stabbed and shot on multiple occasions. When characters are stabbed they gasp then fall to their knees before collapsing on the ground, some blood is shown. Another character is shot multiple times through the torso, as the character is topless you can see the bloody bullet holes left on their body, some blood is shown spurting from the wounds. In regards to the violence towards animals, in one scene a man grabs a crow and snaps its neck before throwing it into a pit. The game also contains frequent use of sexual expletives with the words “cunt” and “fuck” being used in dialogue.
