This game features depictions of arcade style violence containing blood and gore throughout. The player uses weapons such as guns, bombs and a variety of melee weapons against the undead enemies. The attacks are always paired with strong pixelated blood and gore effects. The more powerful moves cause enemies to be dismembered or decapitated with bloody giblets being spread across the map. The bodies and the gore then remain there visible in the area indefinitely. Some of the enemies react more realistically than others with characters collapsing to their knees before falling to the floor. All the violence is shown from a distance with the characters appearing small on the screen.
