Violence in the game consists of using a variety of units with different weapons in order to fend off zombies from your bus. Some blood effects appear on impact of attacks, but the characters do not react realistically. When their health bar depletes, they fall to the ground in a pile of blood. Depending on the weapon used against them limbs are able to be dismembered. Bodies do not stay on the battlefield for very long before disappearing, as there is a cap on the amount of bodies that can be in the play area at any one time.
