The violence is set in a cartoonlike setting and is very comical. The game is all about the underpants. Players equip a variety of super-powered underpants during battle to be granted absurd combat powers, such as the Underpants of Protection, the Buns of Steel or the Leopard Print.
These underpants give your character powers. Think of fireballs, ice shards, a speedy dash, etc. When hit, you either get stunned or get some other negative effect (burned, which lets you lose health, iced, which slows you, etc). If you lose health and die, you disappear and a skull ghost appears and fades away. Characters can also be defeated by a butt-stomp. The same death animation applies when hit by this attack.

There is a game mode in which you have to defeat monsters. These monsters range from blobs to big leech like flying fantasy creatures.
When hit, these monsters just disappear.
