Rating issues
This game contains infrequent gruesome imagery. While exploring the debris of a crashed spaceship, the player finds multiple human corpses, some of which have been impaled or crushed. There is sight of blood on the corpses and one corpse has an eyeball hanging from its socket.
The game also contains scenes of sexual innuendo. The player’s character receives frequent suggestive messages from a person called ‘Babe’, whose onscreen avatar is a close-up image of a woman’s breasts. Condoms are a common item in the game and can be collected and used to craft new items.
There is also use of mild bad language, including ‘shit’ and ‘piss’.
Other issues
During a cutscene, the player’s character is hit over the head and the screen goes black. However, because the act is seen from the character’s own perspective, the violence itself is not visually depicted and is only implied. During gameplay, the player’s character can be killed by suffocation or electrocution. Again, the fact these acts are seen from the character’s own perspective means the violence is implied rather than explicitly depicted.
There is sight of robot characters smoking, although they cannot be used by the player’s character. Alcohol can be consumed, or used to perform tasks such as cleaning a helmet, although drinking does not grant any particular benefits.
