Rating issues
This game contains depictions of apparently motiveless killing or serious injury to multiple innocent human-like characters. During the sandbox mode, players can spawn large amounts of passive humans that can be killed with a variety of weapons that the player can spawn in. Players are able to then use automatic weapons to kill many NPCs at once. Additionally, there are depictions of violence towards vulnerable or defenceless human-like characters. There is a fantastical gun where players can tether characters to surfaces or other NPCs, restricting their movement so they cannot escape. The player can then injure/kill them. This game contains realistic looking violence towards human and fantasy characters. Fantasy enemies are mostly depicted as humanoid spectres that lack faces, robots, skeletons and holograms. The spectres become visibly cracked around areas that are damaged, and they ‘bleed’ a glowing dust substance. Skeletons can be broken apart and also bleed. Robots can be smashed and damage causes electronic sparks to fly out. When players injure human characters, they will grunt/scream and become visibly bloody in the area that is damaged, but there is no gore or dismemberment as a result. Once the player causes enough damage they will fall to the ground dead and remain there.
Other issues
There is a scene at the beginning of the game where the player hangs a noose around their own neck in first person. They are standing in front of a crowd as the platform below them is slowly released. Just as they start to be hanged, you can hear the character choking briefly before they receive a knife to cut themselves down. If they don’t cut the rope, the player character dies and the scenario restarts.
