Rating issues

Two human characters their hands tied behind backs and restrained in a wheeled trolley in a vertical position. Their upper, middle and lower body have straps holding them in position, there is no free movement and no chance of escape. Against their will they are both injected with a substance as part of an experiment.

Other issues

The game features scenes of smoking which are presented as a neutral activity.
