This game contains sexual posturing. Each playable character has different outfits that the player can dress them in. Some female characters have bikini or skirt outfits, and when crawling through caves, the camera will intentionally focus on their buttocks and crotch area where their underwear is visible.

This game also contains the use of bad language, including ‘piss’ and ‘bastard’.

This game features depictions of non-realistic looking violence towards human-like characters and fantasy characters. During combat, bright lights and magical effects appear on impact of attacks and numbers show the amount of damage that is being inflicted. Characters grunt in pain and stagger backwards when attacked, but they quickly regain their balance and continue with the fight until their HP is depleted and they need to be revived. There are never any visible injuries shown on the characters. The same is true for the fantastical enemies that the player fights throughout.
