This game contains frequent depictions of realistic looking violence towards human-like characters. A health bar is visible at the bottom of the screen which shows the status of the character. When a significant amount of damage has been inflicted, the character will fall to their knees and wait to be revived. Realistic violence is also prevalent in the cutscenes with humans being attacked and killed by various creatures. After being attacked, their bodies fall limply to the floor where they then stay for the remainder of the scene. This game also contains scenes of characters engaging in hand to hand combat with one another. Characters make pained cries upon impact of the attacks, although they show no visible injuries.
