Rating issues

This game contains depictions of graphic violence towards human-like characters. Players have the ability to cause dismemberment and decapitations frequently. Every time the player uses a either a melee weapon or ranged weapon to kill a zombie, there is a chance that this will take off an arm, leg or their head.

This game also features the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’.

Other issues

There is use of controlled substances in the game. Players can use cigars, alcohol and steroids to give themselves temporary buffs, and these items are shown being used from a first-person perspective.

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items, in the form of DLCs such as outfits, which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers, or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
