This game also contains some disturbing images. The player will often enter sections of the dungeon where large pools of blood are seen on the ground. One of the most pertinent rooms is a “torture chamber”, which contains cages, shackles, a blood-covered table and a bloodied guillotine. The overall theme of the game may be scary to younger players.

The violence in this game is non-realistic to both human-like and fantasy characters. Characters are small and heavily pixelated, and combat is undetailed. When hit, enemies flash red, and number damage appears overhead. No pain reactions are seen or heard. When defeated, enemies will often disappear in a cloud of purple smoke; sometimes, a small blood splatter will appear on the ground, and the character may turn into a pile of pixelated bones. If the player is defeated at any point, the screen cuts to black with the option for the player to restart a new dungeon.

In their inventory, the player is able to access Mead and other alcoholic beverages, which gives HP to the player. The actual act of consumption of this is not seen.
