This game contains moderate horror sequences and disturbing images. During the night-time, demons roam the streets and will stalk and attack the player. The player must evade them by sneaking or running away, otherwise they will be killed and the day will restart.

There are scenes in the game in which the player becomes possessed and are made to injure their own character. The violent act itself is not shown, though sound effects can be heard. There are also depictions of non-detailed violence towards non-detailed characters in this game. When the player character takes damage, the screen flashes red, but the player character has no obvious pain reactions. The human characters in the game only have limited facial detail, with only their eyes shown. The player can hunt for animal materials such as meat and bones. The animals don’t have any pain reactions, and don’t die. Instead, the animal flees when defeated. Fantasy characters will sometimes screech and recoil after they are attacked, but there is no sight of wounds or blood.

This game also contains the use of bad language, including ‘shit’ and ‘piss’.
