This game contains depictions of graphic violence, including dismemberment towards human and alien characters. When players use firearms or grenades at close range, human and alien enemies explode into meaty chunks. Gameplay violence predominantly consists of the player using firearms and flamethrowers to kill aliens in their various forms. Physical reactions on both sides are minimal. However, blood is shown, and pain reactions are heard. Some aliens will collapse into a large puddle of blood before melting through the floor when defeated. There is also a scene in which a character is seen taking their own life.
