This game contains depictions of non-realistic violence towards human characters. Characters are generally seen from afar, with cartoonish and non-detailed features, and when hit, there are moderate blood effects that can be seen spraying out onto nearby surfaces. There are also comic-like white flashes of light and puffs of smoke that appear when characters are hit which reduces the visibility of the blood effects.

This game also contains offensive language such as ‘shit’ and ‘bastard’.

Moderate horror sequences are found in the game, such as a scene where a monster drags away a character whilst the player runs to save them. There are also disturbing images, such as the sight of bloodied corpses without gore, that younger players may find disturbing.
