Rating issues

This game contains graphic violence towards human characters, who can be decapitated and dismembered. The violence is accompanied by sight of blood and gore. Violence can be inflicted upon multiple innocent civilians, including during some quests. For example, in one quest the player is instructed to kill one of three tied up people, two of whom are innocent. However, the player has the ability to kill all three, regardless of their innocence.

Other issues

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items, in the form of Creations (mods) which can be purchased with credits bought with real-world money, which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers, or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
