Rating issues

This game contains strong, realistic looking violence towards human characters. Enemies stagger and groan when hit, and they have a health bar above their heads that depletes. Damage numbers appear when hits land. Additionally, humanoid enemies and the player character bleed moderately, with blood staining the nearby surroundings. Enemies fall to the ground when defeated and their corpses remain there.

Other issues

This game also contains disturbing images such as the sight of dead bodies that have seemingly been impaled. There is no gore associated with these images, but bodies may be surrounded by blood.
