This game contains depictions of strong, realistic violence towards animal-like characters. In the first area of the game, players can find deer and large wolf-like creatures. When shooting or striking characters, large splashes of blood can be seen spraying onto the ground and trailing the animal as they bleed from the wound. Upon a killing blow, a large bloody mist erupts from the creature’s body, again spraying onto nearby surfaces.

The game also features sustained horror sequences. Locations become scarier and more hostile as the game goes on, and areas like the ‘Darkness’ have extremely limited visibility, screaming idols, invisible creatures that stalk the player and other disturbing characteristics.
