Side-scrolling action game in which players control one of the four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Players will be tasked with running across cityscapes as they collect pizza boxes, turtle orbs, powerups, avoid obstacles, and defeat bosses.

Players can punch human SWAT agents as well as fantastical villains. There are hit sound effects and comic book style visuals, but no realistic reactions, visible injuries or audible indications of pain.
