Rating issues

This game contains depictions of graphic violence towards fantasy characters, which includes dismemberment. During a cinematic sequence, a large creature is sliced in half by a falling weapon. This image takes up the whole screen as blood sprays from this and there is visible gore. Most of the gameplay contains depictions of realistic-looking violence towards fantasy characters. In each level, there are an abundance of rotating blades that players must try to avoid. If the player is hit by the blades, they will often be cut in two or sliced into chunks with visible blood. As the player runs through the level, they will leave red liquid (resembling blood) on the ground. Blood from previous runs remains in the environment. Images are small and cartoonish. When players finish a level, a small animation plays out, during which cartoonish characters are seen being punched or hit with a baseball bat. A flash of light is seen as well of a splash of blood. The character then disappears.

Other issues

Some of the creatures are seen nude. This is not sexual in nature. They do not have genitals, but their buttocks are visible.
