This game contains frequent depictions of non-realistic looking violence towards fantasy characters. When characters are hit, bright lights and magical effects appear on impact. When Sonic is attacked, or runs into an obstacle, he lets out a small pained cry, flashes brightly and stumbles as coins fly out from his body. The player can jump on, or dash at, enemies to defeat them. The vast majority of the enemies found in this game are robotic in nature and explode and vanish upon being defeated.
