This game features depictions of strong, realistic-looking violence towards human-like characters. Players can fight enemies with melee weapons or firearms. Enemies flinch and bleed on impact, before falling to the ground where their bodies remain.

Scenes of intense horror are found throughout, with misshapen creatures stalking players through the thick fog. There is a strong medical theme throughout with scenes of people being incubated in strange situations, creatures armed with intravenous weaponry, and performing life-saving measures on a patient, which players may find disturbing.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘piss’ and ‘shit’.
