This game contains strong, realistic looking violence towards human-like characters. In one scene, the player character is grabbed by a monster and attacked with a chainsaw, causing blood effects to spray out onto the floor as the player character screams. Additionally, there is a scene where a man shoots himself off-screen. In a following still image, his eyeball is seen flying out of his head, as well as parts of his flesh and brain, but there are also blood sprays which make it slightly harder to depict.
