This game contains depictions of realistic looking violence to fantasy characters. In the game players can use a variety of weapons such as firearms, melee attacks and special abilities to harm alien and mechanized enemies, with no blood shown.

Some disturbing imagery can be found in the game. This is particularly shown during one of the games cut scenes where a character goes through a painful mutation.

This game also contains the use of bad language, including ‘shit’.

Other issues

This game contains references to suicide.
