Newest instalment in the Mortal Shell series. Players control the Harbinger, a humanoid being who is tasked with finding the eggs of their brethren and returning them to the Mether. Players must fight through hostile environments filled with dangerous enemies.

Rating issues

This game contains depictions of graphic violence towards both human and fantasy characters. Players use a variety of both melee and ranged weapons to harm enemies. Normal attacks cause strong blood effects to spray out on impact. If the player breaks an opponent’s stance, they can then perform an execution style finisher, which results in dismemberment or decapitation.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’.

Other issues

Some of the characters in the game feature disturbing and gruesome character designs, as well as there being depictions of mutilated corpses.
