Rating issues

Violence in the game is strong in nature. The player can use a short blade to slice the throats of human characters. Blood effects are used and the act is viewed at a very close-up perspective. The player can also set their enemies alight, which causes them to scream and try to put out the flames before dying.
There is a scene in the game in which a character has their hands bound and is struck across the face.
The game also contains use of the word “Fuck” and its derivatives.

Other issues

There is a scene in the game in which the player can choose to smoke in a first-person view.

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items, in the form of other games in the Metro series and their DLCs, via a link to external storefronts, which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers, or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
