Rating issues

This game features strong bloody violence in an arcade setting as the human protagonist uses weapons and magic against a variety of fantastical creatures. While there are blood and gore effects, and characters can be dismembered, the graphics are retro and pixelated in style, making the violence unrealistic.

Other issues

One character transforms into a giant naked female figure made of green slime. The character has breasts, although there is no sight of nipples. There is some mild sexual innuendo and use of the terms ‘damn’ and ‘hell’.
