This game contains depictions of arcade style violence including blood and gore. The game is played from a top-down perspective and has the player punching and shooting human-like enemies. Most attacks kill both the player and enemies in a single hit, causing them to be knocked back to the ground in a pool of blood.

This game also features the use of strong language, including ‘motherfucker’.
