This DLC contains depictions of graphic violence towards both human and fantasy characters. The player can use a range of weapons to kill enemies. Most weapons will cause enemies to bleed and groan in pain before falling to the ground. Some of these weapons cause enemies to explode into meaty chunks. Dead enemies’ bodies remain on the ground after death.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘dick’ and ‘bitch’.
