This game features depictions of arcade style violence including blood. Players can punch and kick enemies and perform various combos to hurt and defeat enemy gang members. Blood effects appear on the impact of some attacks, spreading onto both the players’ and enemies’ faces and clothing. Some enemies carry weapons such as guns, baseball bats and knives, which are dropped when they have been defeated and can be used by the player.

This game also contains the use of strong language, with words such as ‘fuck’ appearing in the game script alongside milder terms.

Players can walk into a cocktail bar and order various alcoholic beverages which give the player less energy. This can be used to get to sleep faster as sleeping is only possible when on low energy. The protagonist is shown drinking the alcohol during a dialogue with the bartender.
