Rating issues
This game features depictions of graphic violence, including dismemberment to human characters. A human man is seen being ripped in two by an orc, with large amounts of blood present during this. Most of the violence in the game is realistic to both human and fantasy characters. When attacked, characters jerk backwards and often groan in pain as large amounts of blood spray on impact. A small health bar reduces overhead. When defeated, characters collapse to the ground and remain there. Blood remains on the body and clothing of the player character after fights.
This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘bastard’, ‘shit’ and ‘piss’.
Other issues
The player has the ability to purchase alcohol throughout the game. The player can add this drink to their inventory and are seen consuming this. Alcohol grants the player health buffs.
There is a drug in the game named “swamp weed”. The name and visual depictions of this drug resemble marijuana. Players are able to purchase this substance and are seen smoking this. The edges of the screen become blurred to simulate the character being under the drug’s influence.
Strong, gory images are present throughout the game, with dismembered corpses often found in environments with visible blood and entrails hanging out of their bodies.
