Horror first person shooter game, set in a comic book style world inspired by the writings of H.P. Lovecraft, in which players take on the role of a pastor or a reporter who are trapped in a city overrun by zombies and monsters.

Rating issues

This game contains frequent graphic violence towards human-like characters. When hit, zombie characters explode into bloody chunks which splash and spray onto nearby surfaces. Some enemies can be seen carrying an extra severed head which, when killed with a headshot, they use to replace their main head.

Other issues

There is some bad language, including uses of ‘shit’ and ‘bastard’. There are references to alcohol use, with the player’s character picking up bottles of alcoholic drinks, although actual drinking is not shown. An unnamed ‘herb’ is also seen being smoked, which gives temporary magical abilities.
